Sports Nutrition × BJJ Coaching
Twelve-plus years on the mat. Consistently Learning. One job: make nutrition the easiest part of your training.
The journey
Started training at a BJJ school in Madison, Wisconsin — no grand plan, just curiosity that turned into a habit.
Training took a back seat while I focused on finishing my degree in exercise science and sports nutrition.
Once school wrapped up, grappling moved back to the center of my life — this time for good.
Too many training partners were cutting weight the hard way — starving, sweating, guessing. I started digging into how it could be done better, supplementation included.
Earned my Certified Sports Nutritionist credential through ISSN and my Strength & Conditioning Specialist certification through the NSCA.
Currently in graduate school, completing a Master's in Nutrition and Human Performance — still learning, still refining the protocol.
I work with grappling athletes, bringing clarity and accountability to their nutrition and supplementation. Off the clock, I coach nogi BJJ at a local gym.
The approach
No more guessing what to eat before a tournament or how to prep for success. A plan you understand, not just one you follow.
Athletes train hard because someone's watching. Nutrition works the same way — consistent check-ins, real adjustments.
Meal planning and supplementation stripped down to what actually moves the needle — nothing you need a chemistry degree to follow.
If you're a grappler tired of guessing your way through cuts, fuel, and supplements, let's build your protocol.
